The Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmed al-Sabah has affirmed that the Palestine cause will be accorded due concern in the forthcoming Arab summit conference in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
The affirmation was conveyed by Kuwaiti deputy foreign minister Khaled al-Jarallah in a message on behalf of the Kuwaiti Emir to Ismail Haneyya the Political Bureau Chairman of Hamas Haneyya’s office said on Friday.
The message was in response to the one sent by Haneyya to the Emir stressing the importance of deliberating the Palestinian cause Jerusalem and the Aqsa at the summit and drawing a roadmap to protect and restore Palestinian rights.
Jarallah for his part conveyed the Emir’s greetings to Haneyya adding that Sheikh Sabah had received Haneyya’s message with concern. He added that the Emir praised the Palestinian people’s struggle and steadfastness.
