Sheikh Ekrema Sabri head of the Supreme Islamic Council in Jerusalem called for continuing the popular support of al-Aqsa Mosque. He also urged Palestinians to invest what has been achieved by the Jerusalemites in confronting the Israeli anticipated obstacles.
In an exclusive statement to the PIC on Tuesday Sheikh Sabri said that Palestinians have a lot to do in order to confront the Israeli violations. He condemned the incursion of Jewish settlers into al-Aqsa Mosque on the anniversary of the so called “The Destruction of the Temple of Solomon”.
Sabri stressed the importance of visiting al-Aqsa Mosque and following the issues of Occupied Jerusalem from Muslim scientists and scholars who plan to hold successive meetings aiming at addressing the consequences of the incursions.
