Head of the Islamic Movement in 1984 Occupied Palestine Sheikh Raed Salah slammed Tuesday Donald Trump’s intent to relocate the US embassy to Occupied Jerusalem saying it aims to legitimize the Israeli occupation.
Speaking during a closed video-conference held in Istanbul by the Turkish Organization to Protect the Ottoman Heritage in Occupied Jerusalem Sheikh Salah said: “Trump’s latest comments aim to decriminalize Israel’s occupation of Palestine.”
“Colonization is an international crime and an unacceptable threat to the adherents of Islam everywhere across the globe” added Salah.
Newly-sworn-in Donald Trump pledged during his electoral campaign to transfer the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Occupied Jerusalem a declaration that triggered international furor.
