Dozens of Jewish settlers escorted by police forces on Wednesday morning desecrated the Aqsa Mosque in Occupied Jerusalem.

75 settlers and five intelligence officers entered the Mosque through al-Maghariba Gate and toured its courtyards under police guard according to the Islamic Awqaf Department in the holy city.

Some of the settlers were reportedly seen performing Jewish prayers in the eastern area of the Mosque.

Meanwhile Israeli police officers kidnaped a Palestinian young man called Omar Ashtiya from the Aqsa Mosque and searched other young men and forced them to leave the holy site.

Dozens of Jewish settlers on Tuesday desecrated the Aqsa Mosque in Occupied Jerusalem under police guard amid intents by temple groups to march en masse to the Islamic holy site on Thursday.

According to the Islamic Awqaf Department 69 settlers escorted by police forces entered the Mosque in groups and toured its courtyards in the morning.

Islamic Awqaf pointed out that the settlers received lectures about the alleged temple mount during the tours and some of them tried to perform Jewish prayers in the eastern area of the Mosque.

Meanwhile the union of temple groups incited its members and Jewish settlers to participate in the mass break-in at the Aqsa Mosque to be staged next Thursday on the occasion of the Hebrew new year.

According to an announcement released by the union a shofar horn will be blown inside the Aqsa Mosque compound or at its gates as part of Jewish rituals to be performed by the participants.

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM (PIC)– A large number of Jewish settlers on Tuesday morning desecrated the Aqsa Mosque’s courtyards under tight security protection on the second day of the Hebrew new year.

According to Qpress news website most of the settlers who entered the Islamic holy were ultra-Orthodox Jews wearing religious attire.

During their tour of the Islamic shrine the settlers were provided with explanations by rabbis about the alleged temple mount and some of them tried to perform rituals but they were prevented by the Mosque guards.

Meanwhile the Israeli police restricted the entry of Muslims to the Mosque and confiscated the IDs of some young people before allowing them in.

A group of intelligence officers also toured the Mosque in the morning while policemen stormed and searched the prayer buildings of the Mosque.

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM (PIC)– Dozens of Jewish settlers on Thursday morning desecrated the Aqsa Mosque’s courtyards under tight police guard.

Local sources told the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that groups of 138 Jewish settlers including 74 university students and one employee from the Israeli antiquities authority entered the Mosque through al-Maghariba Gate.

Meanwhile several Palestinian worshipers in the Mosque’s courtyards chanted religious slogans in protest at the presence of the settlers.

In a related context extremist Jewish groups incited their supporters to march en masse to the Aqsa Mosque during the coming days to mark the season of Jewish festivals.

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM (PIC)– The Aqsa foundation for endowment and heritage said that more than 177 Jewish settlers on Sunday morning desecrated the Aqsa Mosque in four groups pointing that their number was likely to increase.

The foundation affirmed that hundreds of Palestinian religious students and worshipers were at the Mosque shouting Alahuakbar (Allah is greater) in protest at the Jews’ violation of the sanctity of their Mosque

It explained that four groups of Jewish settlers including rabbis entered the Mosque’s courtyard through Al-Maghariba Gate under police protection.

A number of rabbis including extremist Likud figure Yehuda Glick were among the settlers and gave explanations about the alleged Jewish temple.

Meanwhile the Israeli police intensified its presence inside and outside the Mosque and intercepted Palestinian worshipers at the gates for ID checks.
