The Israeli Occupation Authorities (IOA) released Thursday the Palestinian child Haitham Jaradan 14 due to his difficult heath situation.
The PA committee for prisoners and ex-prisoners affirmed that Ofer military court ordered his release on a bail estimated at 570 US dollars.
Jaradat from al-Khalil was held in Shaare Zedek Medical Center and Ramla prison hospital since his detention nearly two months ago.
He was detained after being shot and seriously injured with a bullet in the back that penetrated his abdomen and came out through his stomach. He underwent an urgent surgery at the time.
While in hospital his hands were tied to his bed despite using breathing aides.
Israeli forces claimed that Jaradat was involved in a stabbing attack attempt near Kiryat Arba settlement illegally built in al-Khalil.
