A Jewish settler ran over a Palestinian citizen in southern Tulkarm while he was returning from work on Friday night.
Local sources said that a settler ran over Muhammad Abd Shehadeh from Osrin village near Far’un area to the south of Tulkarm while he was returning from his work in the 1948 occupied territories.
Abd Shehadeh suffered bruises in his foot and hand and was taken to Rafidia Government Hospital for treatment.
The Far’un area is witnessing continuous attacks by the IOF and settlers against the workers.
One of the victims was Fuad Joudeh from Iraq Al-Tayeh town east of Nablus who was martyred last month after the occupation soldiers fired tear gas canisters at the Palestinian workers.
The run-over crimes committed by settlers targeting citizens in the West Bank have escalated recently.
On Tuesday Anas Zaidan from Deir Istia town to the west of Salfit was injured after a settler ran over him near Al-Funduq village east of Qalqilya.
Zaidan was left lying on the ground to be attacked by several dogs before he was taken to hospital.
On the same day an Israeli settler tried to run over a number of Palestinians near the entrances to the towns of Burqa and Bazaria in northern Nablus.
On 12/02/2021 Bilal Bawatneh from Ajoul village was martyred and two others were wounded after a settler ran over them near the Ain al-Bayda junction in the northern Jordan Valley.
