A horde of extremist Jewish settlers on Saturday evening physically assaulted a Palestinian young man and tried to attack a journalist as he was documenting their violations in al-Khalil city.
According to local sources settlers from the illegal settlement of Ramat Yishai savagely beat 20-year-old Haitham Abu Aisha in during his presence near his house in Tel Rumeida neighborhood in central al-Khalil. The young man suffered injuries and bruises.
Meanwhile the same settlers also verbally attacked and chased journalist Musaab Shawer as he was documenting their violations in the Old City of al-Khalil.
Eyewitnesses said that Israeli soldiers provided protection for those settlers.
