Israeli settlers on Tuesday morning pumped wastewater into Palestinian agricultural lands in Beit Ummar town north of al-Khalil.
Anti-settlement activist Yousuf Abu Mariya said that a group of Israeli settlers pumped wastewater coming from Etzion settlement bloc into Palestinian lands planted with grapes.
Abu Mariya said in a statement to Quds Press that this attack came in the season of picking grape leaves in an attempt to destroy the Palestinian farmers’ livelihoods.
He pointed out that a similar incident was reported in the same area a few weeks ago adding that such attacks are repeated every season.
