A horde of extremist Jewish settlers on Monday savagely attacked Palestinian shepherds and their cattle in Kisan village in the east of Bethlehem.
Chief of the village Ahmed Ghazal said that settlers from the illegal settlement of Ibei Hanahal hurled stones at a group of Kisan shepherds and injured one of them.
Ghazal added that the settlers also unleashed their dogs on the shepherds and their cattle which led to injuries among some of the sheep.
Recently Jewish settlers have escalated their violence against Palestinian shepherds and farmers in Kisan and seized vast tracts of land around their village. The Israeli occupation army also demolished a number of structures and homes and bulldozed agricultural lands in the village many times.
In a separate incident a Jewish settler on the same day afternoon was injured when Palestinian citizens beat him after he infiltrated into the village of Iraq Burin in Nablus seemingly to carry out an attack or an act of sabotage.
However a spokesman for the Israeli army claimed a settler from the settlement of Har Brakha was jogging near Iraq Burin village when he was attacked.
Soon later Israeli troops stormed the village blocked its entrances with mounds of dirt and rocks and prevented the local residents from going in or out.
According to local sources over 20 military armored vehicles one bulldozer and a car carrying Har Brakha security guards stormed the village and spread through its streets.
In recent weeks settlers from illegal settlements and outposts in the West Bank carried out different terror attacks and crimes against Palestinian citizens homes cars lands etc.
Such attacks have prompted West Bankers to defend themselves and be alert to any infiltrations by settlers into their villages and towns.
