Settlers bulldoze lands in Jordan Valley

Friday 16-July-2021

Jewish settlers on Friday razed the lands of Palestinian citizens near Ein al-Bayda village in the northern Jordan Valley where the illegal Michola settlement is built.

Aref Daraghmeh a human rights activist said that the settlers started bulldozing agricultural lands and planting olive trees near Ein al-Bayda. The Palestinian owners of these lands have ownership documents.

The Israeli occupation authority had established about 503 settlement outposts 474 in the West Bank and 29 in Jerusalem. Those settlements constitute more than 46% of the total area of the West Bank in which approximately 700000 settlers live. Those settlers carry out almost daily attacks in the Occupied Palestinian territories against Palestinian citizens and their property.
