Palestinian youths on Saturday night threw Molotov cocktails at settlers’ cars near Kafr Laqif Bridge in eastern Qalqilya north of the occupied West Bank.
Local sources told the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that several settlers’ cars traveling on Road 55 were attacked with homemade incendiary bombs specifically near Kafr Laqif Bridge.
Following the incident the Israeli occupation forces combed the area and raided nearby homes especially in Azzun town.
Residents from Azzun reported that the IOF closed the town’s entrances and embarked on ransacking homes and assaulting citizens.
The area is known for being heavily populated by settlers who live in illegal settlements built on annexed Palestinian lands.
