A horde of Jewish settlers on Thursday evening wreaked havoc on olive groves and stole agricultural equipment in Qaryut town south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.
According to local sources Jewish settlers chopped off and uprooted dozens of olive trees on Palestinian-owned lands near the illegal settlement of Shvut Rachel.
Shvut Rachel settlers always walk through Palestinian olive groves in order to reach other settler communities around their settlement.
Earlier settlers from the illegal settlement of Eli cut off a number of olive trees using chainsaws in al-Khilla area to the west of Qaryut village.
