A horde of extremist Jewish settlers on Wednesday afternoon blocked the Jerusalem-al-Khalil road near al-Khader town in southern Bethlehem south of the occupied West Bank and prevented Palestinian vehicles from using it.
According to local sources settlers escorted by soldiers rallied on the road near al-Khader town and the illegal settlement of Neve Daniel and barred Palestinian vehicles from moving in both directions.
Dozens of settlers also spread through swaths of agricultural land in Faghour area in southern Bethlehem.
During the current year settlers living illegally in the West Bank have escalated their attacks and provocative acts against the local residents and their property.
