Jewish settlers on Saturday wreaked havoc on almond and olive groves in the West Bank town of Deir Sharaf near the illegal settlement of Shavei Shomron in western Nablus.
According to local sources Shavei Shomron settlers chopped off 600 fruitful almond and olive trees belonging to different Palestinian families from Deir Sharaf.
Deir Sharaf town and its agricultural areas are exposed to repeated attacks and violations by Shavei Shomron settlers whose settlement was built on over 400 dunums of Palestinian land in 1977.
