Jewish settlers on Thursday stole dozens of olive trees in the east of Yatta south of al-Khalil in the occupied West Bank.
Local official Rateb al-Jabour said that settlers from the illegal settlement of Maon uprooted and stole about 35 olive trees from a grove in at-Tuwani area east of Yatta.
The olive grove belongs to the family of al-Arini.
Jewish settlers who live in illegal settlements in the West Bank often wreak havoc on nearby olive groves but sometimes they uproot olive trees and plant them in their settlements.
