The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested at dawn Wednesday a number of Palestinians during a large-scale raid campaign in the West Bank and Jerusalem.
In Nablus the IOF soldiers arrested an ex-prisoner after breaking into his family house. Two more arrests were carried out in Salfit.
In Bethlehem a young man was rounded up from his house while two other local homes were violently stormed and searched.
In Jenin Israeli forces stormed in large numbers the house of the prisoner Munadal Nfiat who was recaptured after Gilboa prison break.
A violent search campaign was carried out in the raid. An ex-prisoner’s family house was also raided and searched sparking a state of panic among the family members.
Two other youths were arrested in Occupied Jerusalem after Israeli police stormed their family houses.
The Israeli army often carries out detention raids against Palestinians in the West Bank and Occupied Jerusalem claiming to arrest wanted Palestinians.
Israel currently holds 4650 Palestinians including 34 women 160 children and 500 administrative detainees in its jails.
