The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) last night and at dawn Wednesday kidnaped a number of Palestinian citizens in different West Bank areas.
According to local official Aref Daraghmeh the IOF kidnaped three Palestinians from hamlets in the northern Jordan Valley.
They were identified as Ashraf Bisharat from Khilat Makhoul hamlet and Abdul-Raheem Bisharat and his son Sakher from Hadidiya hamlet.
In Bethlehem local sources said that the IOF kidnaped and assaulted Murad al-Hayek 28 and after breaking into and ransacking his home in al-Deheisha refugee camp.
Another young man called Ahmed al-Sar’awi 26 was also kidnaped during the same IOF campaign in the camp where skirmishes also broke out between local youths and Israeli soldiers.
The IOF also stormed Jabel Hindaza area in the east of Bethlehem and kidnaped Saleh Jawarish from his home.
In Nablus the IOF kidnaped at least eight citizens including ex-detainees and lawyer Muaad Mousa during campaigns in different areas.
In Jenin the IOF kidnaped an ex-detainee called Muhanna Sharqawi during his presence near the Salem military base.
An ex-detainee called Muayyad Qindah a resident of Abu Shukheidim village in Ramallah was also kidnaped at the Qalandiya crossing.
In Tulkarem the IOF raided the house of Palestinian lawmaker Fathi al-Qarawi in Nur Shams refugee camp and wreaked havoc on its furniture without making arrests.
The IOF also raided a house in Jerusalem belonging to Mohamed al-Bashiti.
Later in the morning the IOF kidnaped 18-year-old Mousa Abdul-Latif a resident of Kafr Qaddum town in Qalqilya at the Za’atara checkpoint in southern Nablus.
