The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped at dawn Tuesday several Palestinian citizens during raids on homes in the West Bank and Jerusalem amid clashes with local youths in some areas.
According to local sources the IOF stormed al-Deheisha refugee camp and Beit Fajjar town in southern Bethlehem and kidnaped four young men after ransacking their homes.
The IOF also raided homes in Beit Sahour in the east of Bethlehem with no reported arrests.
Local sources said that violent clashes broke out with young men during the IOF campaign in Bethlehem.
The IOF also stormed Aqabat Jabr refugee camp in Jericho and kidnaped a teenager from his home.
In al-Khalil the IOF kidnaped a child from Bab az-Zawiya area in the city.
The IOF also broke into and ransacked homes in Qusra town in southern Nablus and kidnaped one citizen.
Meanwhile young men clashed with Israeli soldiers during a campaign in Illar town in northern Tulkarem.
Violent skirmishes also broke out in Qarawat Bani Hassan town in western Salfit after the IOF destroyed the houses of prisoners Yousef Assi and Yehya Mar’ie who are accused of killing a settlement guard in a shooting operation last April.
One young man was reportedly kidnaped by the IOF from Salfit.
In western Jerusalem Israeli police forces kidnaped four citizens from Beit Duqqu village and another one from Biddu town.
Clashes between local youths and soldiers took place in Biddu town.
