Several Palestinians were injured and their homes damaged in a brutal attack by dozens of Jewish settlers at dawn Friday targeting Qaryout village south of Nablus.
Local sources affirmed that members of a local family suffered serious injuries and bruises when a group of Jewish settlers attacked their house causing severe damage.
The casualties were rushed to Rafidia hospital for treatment.
A similar attack was carried out in Yasuf town when dozens of settlers stormed the area under military protection.
Another group of settlers also attacked numerous Palestinian vehicles in Hawara town.
Recent months have seen a steep rise in violence committed by settlers in the West Bank against Palestinians including against farmers harvesting their olive trees.
Israeli occupation forces do not intervene to stop the attacks in most cases and often actively join in.
