The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped last night and at dawn Saturday at least 20 Palestinian citizens most of them affiliated with Islamic Jihad during a large-scale arrest campaign in different West Bank areas.
According to Quds Press the IOF kidnaped two ex-detainees from their homes in Kafr Ra’iee town southwest of Jenin City.
The IOF also kidnaped a father and his son and confiscated his car following a violent raid on their home in al-Khalil City.
The IOF stormed other areas of al-Khalil province and kidnaped four citizens three of them from Kharas town.
Three other citizens were reportedly taken prisoners during IOF raids on homes in Qalandia refugee camp in the northeast of Jerusalem.
In Ramallah the IOF stormed Beit Sira town and kidnaped six citizens including a journalist from their homes.
In Jenin the IOF stormed the villages of Bir al-Basha and Sanur and kidnaped two citizens from their homes including senior Islamic Jihad official Najeh Habayba.
Another citizen was kidnaped by the IOF from his home in Nur Shams refugee camp in eastern Tulkarem.
