The Shin Bet Israel’s internal intelligence agency on Monday evening kidnapped a Palestinian university student studying abroad upon his arrival at Allenby (King Hussein) border crossing with Jordan.
Sources told the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that Shin Bet officers arrested 29-year-old Wasim Abu Hasan after he came to Jordan from Turkey and then arrived at the crossing.
They added that an Israeli officer told Abu Hasan that he was under arrest after detaining him for hours at the crossing
Abu Hasan from Yamun town in Jenin is pursuing his postgraduate study in Turkey and has decided to spend the summer vacation with his family.
