The central committee to face UNRWA’s cuts along with other organizations and activists staged a sit-in in protest at the UNRWA decision to dismiss 150 teachers of diploma degree holders.
Emad Eshtaiwi member of the committee said that UNRWA has forced its employees of school teachers to sign a resignation contract.
Teacher Intisar Mansour who was affected by the resolution said that they were blackmailed and threatened by the UNRWA legal consultant that they will not receive their financial dues in case they refused to sign the resignation contract.
