Six Palestinian prisoners persist in their open hunger strike

Six Palestinian prisoners continue their hunger strike in Israeli jails on Saturday in rejection of their administrative detention without trial or charge.

The Detainees and Ex-Detainees Commission said in a statement that the six prisoners suffer from serious conditions especially Kayed al-Fasfous who has been on hunger strike for 115 days. It warned that his condition was very serious and he might die at any moment.

The Commission also pointed out that hunger striker Mikdad al-Qawasmeh who has been on hunger strike for 108 days was suffering serious health complications in his heart lungs kidney and liver.
