Dozens of Palestinians on Saturday choked on tear gas after clashes erupted with Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in Beit Ummar town north of al-Khalil.
The media activist Mohammad Awad said that Israeli troops stormed two areas in his town triggering clashes amid Israeli shooting of tear gas and sound bombs at civilians.
Awad pointed out that the IOF soldiers erected a military checkpoint in the town stopped Palestinians’ cars checked the IDs of passengers and blocked traffic.
