Thirty Jewish settlers entered the holy Aqsa Mosque’s courtyards in Occupied Jerusalem on Tuesday morning under Israeli police protection.
Local sources said that the settlers entered through al-Maghareba Gate and conducted provocative tours in the holy Islamic site’s courtyards before leaving from al-Silsila Gate.
Jewish settlers are allowed into the Aqsa Mosque every day in two periods morning and evening periods except on Fridays and Saturdays. Israeli police impose restrictions on entry of Muslim worshipers during those periods.
