Palestinian masses on Saturday laid to rest two Palestinian martyrs including a child killed by Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in the West Bank over the past 24 hours.
Thousands of Palestinian citizens attended the funeral procession of the 14-year-old Palestinian child Adel Dawoud who succumbed to a serious injury in the head after he was targeted by IOF live bullets in the West Bank city of Qalqilya.
The procession headed from Darwish Nazzal Hospital in Qalqilya to Al-Masjid al-Qadim mosque and then to his final resting place in the Al-Shohada (martyrs) graveyard.
Meanwhile several Palestinians were injured after Palestinian Authority security services attacked the funeral procession eyewitnesses reported.
In a related incident hundreds of Palestinians attended the funeral procession of the Palestinian teenager Mahdi Ladawdah who was martyred after the IOF soldiers fired live bullets at him in the al-Mazra’a Al-Gharbiya village northwest of the West Bank city of Ramallah.
Martyr Ladawdah’s funeral procession started from Istishari Arab Hospital in Ramallah and ended in the graveyard of al-Mazra’a Al-Gharbiya village where he was buried.
