Thousands of Palestinian citizens marched on Wednesday morning in the funeral procession of 16-year-old Ghaith Yamin who was shot dead at dawn by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in Nablus City.
The procession moved from outside Rafidia Hospital in Nablus to a local Mosque where the funeral prayer was held before laying him to rest at the city cemetery.
During the funeral the mourners carried Palestinian flags and chanted slogans calling for responding to Israeli crimes.
Yamin died of a serious bullet injury in his head after the IOF opened fire at him and other young men who rallied near Joseph’s Tomb in Nablus City and clashed with soldiers after extremist Jewish settlers stormed the area to perform rituals at the ancient site.
