The Israeli occupation police claimed that three policemen were injured on Saturday evening during clashes with Palestinian youths in Shuafat refugee camp northeast of Occupied Jerusalem.
Local sources said that violent clashes broke out between young men and Israeli police forces near the house of Mohamed Abu Qutaish who allegedly stabbed a Jewish settler in the holy city earlier on the same day.
The sources added that the clashes started after police forces raided the house of Abu Qutaish and kidnaped his father.
A settler was severely wounded on Saturday evening in a stabbing incident near the light rail in Occupied Jerusalem.
Soon later police officers found and arrested the alleged stabber in a nearby area after opening fire at him wounding him seriously.
In a separate incident violent confrontations between Jerusalemite youths and Israeli police forces reportedly happened last night and at dawn Sunday in different areas of the occupied holy city.
Eyewitnesses said that the Israeli police forces carried out raids in Silwan Issawiya Jabel Mukaber and Abu Dis which provoked skirmishes with local youths.
