The Palestinian health ministry on Sunday reported three new deaths associated with COVID-19 (coronavirus) 111 new positive tests and 111 recoveries in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip during the last 24 hours.
According to the ministry’s daily report the three victims who died of the virus are from the Gaza Strip.
23 patients are receiving medical care in hospitals and special treatment centers and nine of them have been admitted to intensive care units.
98.5 percent of the total cases have recovered from the disease while the rate of active cases has reached 0.4 percent and the rate of deaths is 1.1 percent of the total cases according to data updated today by the ministry.
