The Palestinian health ministry reported three deaths associated with COVID-19 (coronavirus) 6382 new positive tests and 2852 recoveries in the West Bank the Gaza Strip and Jerusalem during the period between August 1 and 7.
This came in a new COVID-19 situation report released on Tuesday by the Palestinian health ministry in Ramallah.
According to the report three deaths and 1145 of the new COVID-19 cases are from the West Bank while 4797 other cases are from Gaza and 440 from Jerusalem.
During the reporting period 42 COVID-19 patients were admitted to hospitals and 18 of them were in critical condition receiving treatment in intensive care units.
