A high-level delegation from the Hamas Movement led by member of its political bureau Mousa Abu Marzouk met on Wednesday with Lebanese premier Saad al-Hariri in Beirut and discussed with him different issues of mutual interest especially with regard Occupied Jerusalem.
In press remarks Abu Marzouk stated that he found a firm Lebanese position towards Jerusalem and against the Israeli capital recognition that was made recently by US president Donald Trump.
He added that the Palestinian people at this critical stage need every support from Lebanon and other Arab states as well as from the world’s free people to thwart all American plans targeting their national cause.
The delegation also discussed with Hariri the Palestinian reconciliation process and highlighted the efforts that had been made by Hamas on the ground to end the division.
