The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested on Sunday evening two Palestinians after they allegedly crossed the border fence from the Gaza Strip into Israel.
Israeli media sources said that two unarmed Palestinians were taken into custody for questioning after crossing the border fence north of the Gaza Strip.
The sources also claimed that home-made bombs were also thrown at the Israeli soldiers stationed in the border area. No injuries were reported during the claimed attack.
Dozens of Palestinians are yearly detained while trying to sneak into Israel from Gaza Strip seeking to escape the difficult living conditions in the coastal enclave due to Israel’s 12-year-long siege.
