The Israeli occupation authorities on Saturday prevented two West Bank Palestinians from travelling abroad through al-Karama crossing with Jordan for undisclosed security reasons.
The General Administration of Crossings and Borders said in a statement that 4766 Palestinians managed to pass through the crossing in both directions on Saturday. Two were banned from crossing the terminal.
The statement noted that 1969 Palestinians left the occupied Palestinian territories through the crossing and 2797 others arrived in the territory.
Al-Karama border-crossing is scheduled to operate on Sunday for 24 hours.
