The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested two Palestinians and attacked others during Kafer Qadum clashes east of Qalqilia.
Coordinator of the village’s popular resistance Murad Shteiwi said that Israeli forces arrested two Palestinians including an injured.
The detainees were identified as Yazan Barham 20 and Zia Rajab 29.
Yazan’s mother and uncle were also attacked during the arrests Shteiwi added.
The local activist called on international human rights organizations to intervene for the release of the injured young man holding Israel full responsibility for his safety.
Residents of Kafer Qadum began staging weekly protests in 2011 against land confiscations as well as the closure of the village’s southern road by Israeli forces.
