A few days following a similar incident two Palestinian fishermen were reported missing on Tuesday morning after they went fishing last night off the coast of Gaza City.
According to the maritime police in Gaza contact with fishermen Naim Jadallah and Mohamed Qaoud who were aboard a small boat off the shore off Gaza City has been lost since last night.
It is still not clear whether Israeli naval forces kidnaped them or their boat sank head of the fishermen syndicate Nizar Ayyash said.
Efforts have been launched to find the fishermen.
Last Saturday two fishermen were also reported missing off the coast of Rafah in southern Gaza. There is no information about their fate to date.
