The Israeli occupation army said that two rockets from the Gaza Strip fell into the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of Tel Aviv and thus did not trigger sirens.
The Israeli army and police said they were investigating the incident and affirmed that no casualties or damage were reported.
A source in the Palestinian resistance’s joint operations room told a Palestinian news agency that the stormy weather in Gaza caused a malfunction that triggered the launch of the rockets.
