A large number of Israeli troops on Tuesday morning stormed a border area in the central area of the besieged Gaza Strip under aerial cover.
A field observer told Quds Press that 30 Israeli soldiers from the combat engineering corps escorting several big military bulldozers infiltrated into a border area in the east of al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza.
He added that Israeli warplanes and drones provided protection for the infiltrating forces.
Meanwhile two military helicopters overflew Gaza’s northern waters.
In an earlier incident the Israeli occupation forces fired flares at dawn over a border area in the east of Khan Yunis in southern Gaza.
The nature of these Israeli military moves is still unknown.
