Several Palestinian workmen reportedly suffered injuries on Sunday morning when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) attacked and chased them as they tried to cross into Israel (the 1948 occupied lands) through holes in the security fence near Far’un town in southern Tulkarem.
According to eyewitnesses one of the workmen suffered a serious injury in his knee from a dumdum bullet.
The IOF also chased the workmen after they entered through the holes encircled them with patrol vehicles teargased them and brutalized many of them in the area.
Meanwhile the IOF prevented scores of West Bank workers from reaching their workplaces in Israel in the area of the northern crossing of Qalqilya near Hableh village.
