The PA committee for prisoners’ affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) warned Friday against Israeli attempts to undermine Palestinian prisoners’ hunger strike.
The two bodies called on media outlets to be wary of repeating Israeli “rumors” and of adopting “the Israeli Prison Service’s narrative about the prisoners’ hunger strike.”
The media committee for the strike affirmed its total readiness to provide the necessary information and latest developments about the hunger strike over the hour.
The committee warned that Israel is launching a war of rumors targeting the trust between the prisoners and the Palestinian street.
