Mahmud al-Zahhar member of Hamas political bureau said in an interview with al-Mayadeen TV on Tuesday that Israel has tried to restrain the resistance in Gaza but failed.
Zahhar added that Hamas won’t give up its arms to accept what the Israeli occupation leaders propose for Gaza: “Security in return for food and medicine”.
The Israeli foreign minister Yair Lapid had earlier proposed what he called an advanced humanitarian rehabilitation plan for Gaza in exchange for calm and demilitarization of Hamas.
