Two wounded prisoners medically neglected in Israeli jails

The Palestinian Commission of Detainees’ and Ex-Detainees’ Affairs has accused the Israeli prison service (IPS) of medically neglecting two Palestinian wounded prisoners in its jails and being reluctant to provide them with appropriate treatment.
