Al-Qanou: No new negotiations until Israel complies with provisions of the ceasefire agreement

The spokesman for the Hamas Movement Dr. Abdel Latif Al-Qanou said the failure to implement all the terms of the first phase of the Gaza ceasefire agreement "does not help moving forward towards accomplishing the release of the rest of the Israeli prisoners.”
