In another stark example proving that non-Jews can’t obtain justice under Jewish law an Israeli court on Monday refused to convict the murderer of a Palestinian child citing the murderer’s “psychological conditions.”

Yosef Ben-David a Jewish settler had confessed of murdering by way of burning to death Palestinian child Mohammed Abu Khdeir last year.
According to his confessions Ben David kidnapped the child who was playing outside his home near Jerusalem took him to a nearby forest pumped gasoline into his belly and then set him on fire.
According to the Israeli media the court ruled that the murderer could not be convicted because of his “mental state.”
Apparently seeking to extenuate possible reactions to the effective acquittal of the murderer the court announced that the verdict was not final and that a next hearing on Ben David’s sentence was scheduled for January 14 2016.
However Palestinian sources have accused the court of indulging in brash racism.
“The court is only trying to desensitize outrage over this scandalous verdict. It is only a matter of time before the murderer is free and roaming the streets of the West Bank so that he would be able to murder a few more Palestinian children” said Anwar Abu Khdeir a relative of the victim Muhammed Abu Khdeir.
The boy’s father Hussein said he had no faith in the Israeli justice system which he said was controlled by the settlers.
“Just imagine how the court would have dealt with the perpetrator had he been Arab and the victim had he been Jewish.”
The father said he would turn to the International Criminal Court in The Hague in order to receive justice because it is just impossible for an Arab victim of Jewish terror to get justice in Israel.
“This crime cannot wait in court for a year and a half and two days before resulting in an opinion that he’s insane. Where was he a year ago? I’m afraid the court will acquit him. As your Ecclesiastes says ‘all is vanity’. I am afraid of more Ben-Davids appearing if the court doesn’t deter them. I want their houses to be demolished” Yedeot Ahronot quoted Hussein Khdeir as saying.
Khdeir was also quoted as saying “It’s very difficult for me to go to the courthouse” he said. “Every time we see my son’s murderers my blood boils. Israeli jails provide good conditions for serious offenders as well. The person who murdered Yitzhak Rabin is in a hotel. The government even allowed him to get married. Is that true punishment?”
Ben David and two others co-murderers reportedly confessed to having beaten Abu Khdeir unconscious and then burning him to death using some kind of flammable material poured on the teen while he was alive.
According to the charges sheet as published by Yedeot Ahronot the group arrived in the Jerusalem Forest where one of the minors got angry at Ben-David as they were doing most of the work. As a result the adult took a crowbar and pounded Abu Khdeir while shouting “this is for the Fogel family” and “this is for Shalhevet Pas” until blood ran down from his head.
The murderers destroyed the evidence in Sacher Park in Jerusalem and then went to Ben David’s in the West Bank settlement of Adam played guitar and went to sleep.
Israel has a long history of treating Jewish murderers of Palestinians and non-Jews in general extremely leniently.
In 1956 Israeli troops murdered dozens of Palestinian olive harvesters at the village of Kufr Qassem just across the Green line.
Most of the murderers were acquitted with some promoted in their army ranking.
