Senior Hamas official Hasan Yousef has called on all Palestinian parties to work for a genuine Palestinian reconciliation on the ground affirming that all eyes will be on the national dialog slated for November 21 in Cairo.
In press remarks Yousef urged all parties to honor their obligations towards the national reconciliation and not to delay the implementation of what they had agreed upon affirming that the reconciliation would serve everyone and not a certain faction.
“Not achieving the reconciliation over the past years had a negative impact on the Palestinian citizen and the national cause and it is high time we turned over this page and moved forward for the interest of our people from all spectra” the Hamas official underlined.
He also appealed to the leadership of the Palestinian Authority to lift its sanctions on Gaza and end its political arrest campaigns in the West Bank for the good of the Palestinian people.
