The member of Hamas Political Bureau Salah al-Bardawil said that his Movement will not change its principles and will maintain good relations with Qatar and Turkey affirming that Hamas appreciates their role in supporting the Palestinian people.
Bardawil told Quds Press that the recent talks his Movement had started with the Fatah leader Mohammad Dahlan are part of its efforts exerted in order to address the issue of internal reconciliation as well as to alleviate the decade-long siege on Gaza Strip.
Bardawil also pointed out that Hamas has been focusing on strengthening the resistance while at the same time working on confronting the siege that exhausted the Gazan people. Many of the sick people in the blockaded coastal enclave die daily because of the shortage of medicines and being unable to travel due to the closure of border crossings.
