The Fatah Movement in the Gaza Strip has denounced the government of Rami al-Hamdallah in Ramallah for deciding to slash salaries for its employees in Gaza and called for revoking the step immediately and dissolving the government.
In a press release on Wednesday Fatah expressed its rejection of what it described as the unjust decision and all the justifications that were stated by the government of al-Hamdallah.
The Movement warned of serious political repercussions to result from the policy of discrimination that is pursued by the PA against the Palestinians in Gaza.
It also held the government in particular fully responsible for its persistence in marginalizing and discriminating against Gaza employees.
