Ireland and Bolivia have submitted on Thursday a draft resolution at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) against the US’s sponsored resolution condemning Hamas Movement.
The UNGA is scheduled to vote on the Irish-Bolivian draft resolution titled “A just lasting and comprehensive peace in the Middle East.”
The draft resolution also calls for achieving a final resolution to the Palestinian cause based on the UN resolutions.
Earlier on Thursday the UNGA voted on the US-drafted resolution that would condemn the Palestinian resistance and Hamas movement for “inciting violence”.
