The Israeli occupation forces stormed on Wednesday the town of Yabad south of Jenin and destroyed the foundations of a Palestinian child center.
Local sources said Israeli bulldozers ruined equipment used by the local authorities to construct the building.
Israeli soldiers also gave instructions to stop the construction of the building consisting of a maternal and childcare centre.
Yabad mayor Samer Abu Bakr denounced the measure which he said makes part of a preplanned Israeli scheme to grab Palestinian land in the area in favor of illegal settlement purposes.
