The Hamas Movement has strongly denounced some Arab parties for hastening to normalize relations with the Israeli occupation state.
In a statement Hamas said that the establishment of Arab ties with Israel would have serious repercussions on the Palestinian people and their historical rights and on the unity and cohesion of the Arab and Muslim nations and their position against normalization.
The Movement warned that normalizing ties with Israel would encourage it to commit more crimes and violations against the Palestinian people and give the impression that these Arab parties forsook the Palestinian cause.
It deplored in particular the meeting that took place on Friday between the Omani leadership and Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu in Muscat calling for isolating Israel and supporting the Palestinian people.
