The Israeli occupation forces on Wednesday banned three Muslim guards at Jerusalem’s holy al-Aqsa Mosque from the site for two weeks.
The Islamic Awqaf Department said Israeli police ruled for barring Hamza Nebali Khalil Tarhouni and Ahmad Abu Alya for 15 days from al-Aqsa Mosque.
The three guards along with another were summoned to questioning at the Israeli Qishleh detention center west of Occupied Jerusalem.
Over recent weeks dozens of Muslim worshipers and guards at al-Aqsa have been prevented by Israeli forces from entering the site for varying periods to give way for settler break-ins at the Mosque
